I'm QRSS60, actually looks like 64 for some reason probably missed a diode
somewhere in a divide by ?? counter.  CW and Wolf messages (I think Wolf was
the last thing i programmed on the other side of the Eprom) are easy on
request.  Other modes would take some free time to set up.
