- Jay, thanks for looking. The tower - it looks like it will be scheduled
to be pulled down mid Jan - but Ive been saying that since Aug...

Jan-April is the busiest time of year for the aerial riggers here in Alaska
as its the main construction season on the North Slope (everything is way
frozen, sitting at XX below, and we can make ice roads to travel over the
Tundra to get to the remote exploration sites/towersetc), so the tower may
stay up later...the lease runs out here now at the end of Feb. Im presently
flipping between the UK, Alaska and Okieland, so a lot of travel -

Conditions were poor last night, though CFH on 137,000 FSK was fair, DCF was
very weak thru the night. Also looked at the watering hole but it was empty.
with only weak Russian AM sideband splatter. XSR also not seen (never seen
yet)

Weve had a few more inches (6) of that white stuff overnight with warm temps
at 32F - Im guessing the array has 4 inches of build up on the wires and
insulators and the tuning is way off - didnt get time to "sweep and clean"
this morning so the radiated power is way down at the moment; Its also
pretty dark out there and Ive had lot of moose in the yard that dont like
surprises. Ill get to it later when I can see the enemy troop positions.

Have a nice day -
Laurence, Anchorage. 32F rain snow mix
