[Lowfer] Wateringhole in CT + SDR & Beacons

In this part of the west (LA area) there's a horrid "growl" which uses
up most of the spectrum between 184.5 and 185.5 kHz.  Not much chance of
hearing a weak signal even using one of the very narrow band programs.
