Hi, Steve...

The freq of 185.300 Khz, plus/minus, is the area of spectrum where a lot of
Lowfers (including myself) hang out. Most of us have loops for xmit
antennas. Thus, it is a watering hole - like an oasis or a local pub - where
the guys hang out.
