Does anyone have access to his transmitter? He is in Minneapolis right now.
I'll let him know in case he can't get to the reflector from where he is at
now.

I think it is NC. No complete call sign, obviously.

For those who are watching today, WA has gone a bit berserk. Bill has
shifted up in frequency, past 185.301 at the top, and down to 185.2995 at
the bottom. He's presently covering up VD, who is right on 185.301.
