[Lowfer] PSK31 on LF

No -- never tried any of the other PSK variants on LF. BPSK a la Bill de
Carle looks very interesting but not done anything about it yet.

I also think some of the WSJT variants are worth considering for LF
-hardly
a rag-chewing mode but all sorts of interesting features. Hope to give
it a
try soon.
