[Lowfer] HiFers NC MP GA UWL? RY in OR at NW

New antenna put up here at NW/DER. Works great.
Four positive IDs and one probable (UWL) plus mystery signal at 13555.427
(1827 in screen shots ~006 and ~007), who or what is it?

The new antenna is a ground plane just like my TX antenna but is 300+ feet
south and 70 feet in the air instead of 30 and is away from house and trees.
I wasn't expecting any improvement at all. Very surprised. I will try
transmitting from it tomorrow.
