I did not notice any significant change in the tuning of the antenna due to
the proximity of the 7-car metal garage. If I put the loop near it, away
from it or over it the tuning and current stayed the same, within reason.

Still searching those urban legend sites... Perhaps UFOs are involved.  8-)
