CFH is a Canadian government station near Halifax, Nova Scotia. Their
communication is military in nature, and as far as I know cannot be decoded
by anything we're likely to have in the shack. They have been running on
137.000 with FSK (85 Hz shift? can't remember).

Mitch Powell has been sending MP just above 137.780 kHz, but I'm not sure
what you saw.
