State of Confusion..............    er..Massachusetts :-)  Actually this 
neighborhood has been electrically storm-free all year, until a week ago, 
when WA was knocked out by another ZAP. Think the little power supply is a 
bit over-prone to failure with its +/- 12 volt output that I've wired to 
achieve 24v. I've got a 39v MOV across the pair that hasn't done much good. 
Time to get out Old Bertha (the 5uf, 2000v cap) and put some 1500v @ 50A 
discharges on it.
