Tried your links but they come back "document not found."
Don't think the terrorists are out to inconvenience americans with power
outages and the like. Their end goal is to kill as many americans
as possible. Last week in NYC, when the streets were filled to the brim
with people milling about, would have been a perfect opportunity for the
terrorists to do their dastardly deeds.
I would think that a terrorist computer whiz, given months or years,
whose only mission in life is to hack into a specific computer system would
have a high likelyhood of getting the job done. What do you think?
