My antenna is currently 30' tall with 4 x 4' radials and skirt.

What I WANT to erect is a 42' antenna with 5 x 8' radials and skirt.

H guestimations appreciated :)

I know if you had your druthers I'd scrap the vertical and put up a loop!
So it is very kind of you to give me vertical advice. :) I DO think I
have good ground, and the neighbors are probably wondering what has been
happening to all their trees ...

I _think_ I've worked out the mechanical challenges of the larger pole,
larger cap hat, and raising it all ... I hope.

Thanks to all,
