First off, the TAG carrier is at 185.000, and should be down about 40 dB
from the desired sideband at 185.800.

Second, the carrier is not keyed. If you see it, you'll only see a steady
carrier.

Third, Dale reported that NMN was about 600 Hz above 185.299. That would be
185.899, right? Do the math!
