	Answer is that you spend money or spend a lot of time building
something.  There are commercial devices of all kinds which do this,
including plug-ins for PC's.  None are very cheap.  There's been at
least one QST article on the subject and perhaps more, and I'm sure you
could fine construction articles on the internet.  Precision possible is
of the order of one part in a billion.
