Hey!  I heard that!  :)

I DID notice that, at least in my captures, that the drifiting carriers 
don't all move in the same direction (up or down in frequency) at the same 
time ... some may be moving up as some are moving down.  Discounting KFI, 
of course.

Would this point to drifting at the source more than the receiver?
