Hi Lyle,
I initially considered that it might be NC- but at the same time I was
seeing pieces of NC right where it should have been at 185.299.
After many years digging CW out of noise on 23cM EME, this signal was a
breeze to copy- appeared to be a carrier before and after- could even
have been QRSS before and after.. By the time I found it on Argo, it had
faded. I would put a 90%+ assurance factor that it was NMN.
I also rotated the loop to place a null on NC and the signal remained.
Not enough time to null it with the loop.
Working backwards, I put the signal at 185.910.
