[Lowfer] KFI?

This may be a bit off topic but these were seen with ARGO so maybe that
makes it OK.
These signals appear to be from KFI in Los Angeles.
Their carrier is 8.4 Hz high and doing strange things.
Does anybody know what is going on here? I would assume they are trying
to
send this signal to someone a long ways off, but what and who?

	Definitely KFI, which I am receiving from 30 miles away with an awful
lot of attenuation in the RX.  I question whether any information is
being sent since the "message format" doesn't seem to have changed in
days.  I've let Argo run since early this morning (now about 4:30 PM)
and nothing at all has changed.  I don't think attachments are allowed
or I'd send screen copy of KFI and KNX, another local.  KFI looks as
everyone describes it, KNX on the same scale is "flat line".  By the
way, the latter assures me that the funny appearance of KFI isn't due to
some aberration in the equipment here.
