Wow! That's some vertical LF antenna for 136. I note the 100 ft height
and extensive ground system, but something's odd about that top hat. You
might want to take a look. The text says the TH is 3 spaced 55-foot
wires, but then adds that 3 more are attached near one tower. These can
be seen in the picture. Seems this would add to the total capacity but
why is it configured in that way? Might it be an afterthought?
Also note it only uses 1mH of loading coil. Not bad for 136.
Not so good is his stay up there is in doubt and he may be leaving.
Hope to get a chance to hear same about Oct, Nov.
