All it takes is a 9v battery, a key and a few NPN & PNP transistors with the
proper coils, a few caps and crystal or whatever you use for the RF source.
Flea power works wonders at HF freqs and of course on LF.
You seriously could build your own station and be plenty happy running lower
power levels and have food in the cupboards to boot. Oh yea, and enough left
over to buy the wife another pair of shoes!!! LOL!!!
