The last site I checked out on this subject was titled "What I Know and 
Understand about LF Propagation". You guessed it - blank pages!   Seriously, 
there isn't much available on this topic. Hardly a day goes by in the midst 
of the typical Lowfering season that we aren't baffled by the propagation of 
these waves. Cold weather appears to be a factor that really opens up the 
band - but is it really the lower noise associated with colder air that is 
really the determining factor??

Stick around Dale.  You aint seen nothing yet!  My largest charge last 
season was seeing 8 of us within a radius of 500 miles stacked up on a 
single ARGO screen.
