Looks like about 6 minutes between 1 HZ frequency shifts .
Maybe some kind of timing signal? That seems odd
Did you look at any other stations to see if there are similar freq moves?
Was it always symmetrical wave form? How long did you watch it for?
May some of the AM broadcast engineers will weigh in on the topic.
OR.... it could be a wayward LF'er who is sending data bits by FSK'ing the
carrier of KFI
and as long he doesn't wander outside of FCC tolerance He's go a hell of a
signal

This may be a bit off topic but these were seen with ARGO so maybe that
makes it OK.
These signals appear to be from KFI in Los Angeles.
Their carrier is 8.4 Hz high and doing strange things.
Does anybody know what is going on here? I would assume they are trying to
send this signal to someone a long ways off, but what and who?
