[Lowfer] UWL in Oregon

I went to look for the "mysterious stranger" and found a similar signal but
a few Hertz higher. 13555.464 and ~474.
The pleasant surprise was catching UWL in there for the first time at
13555.447
from Williams, Oregon  CN82if at 8:10-8:20 PM PDT
