Hi Dex,

Look to see a similar drop near sunrise.  I've witnessed this any number of
times, but never had good numbers on the depth of the null.

During the last big solar eclipse across the central states-- several years
ago now-- the moon's shadow was sufficient to cause a set of
"sunrise/sunset" minima before and after totality at the midpoint of WWVB's
signal path to the Southeast.  (During the time of totality at the midpoint,
WWVB's strength was up near nighttime levels.)
