[Lowfer] 60 KHz WWVB plot

Since DCF39 has had a hard time getting above my noise level for the
past few weeks I decided to monitor WWVB for a while.  Often DCF39 would
go into a deep fade just prior to and just after local sunset.  Today
about an hour before local sunset WWVB took a 40 dB fade right into the
noise.  I always though this signal would be above the noise all the
time.  Now I know different.
