Bill and others,

Vy interesting on analysis of loop Q and output. Hope that tube
coupling works out. If I get an order together for DigiKey I'll get one
of those drives for a try, as it would be nice to have a big C swinger
out and remote.

That's normal, yer doing ok. Yeah, everyone wants to do that as habit.
It's like dropping change and reaching to retrieve it. Can't do it w/
code and make speed. True the copy will look choppy but should improve
w/ practice. So you are really making progress, IMO.

Yup, but not that much. Take it in small doses and don't tire out.
Bill, I did it the hard way -- I had to unlearn the code first. I
started as a 10-YO w/ a neighbor kid sending Morse code by flashing
light and doing the dot-dash thing on paper. (Boy was that cool, and the
parents were clueless! We *had* the power.) Bad. Then when I got to the
novice stage later and those old ways were in my head and became a block
for making speed as I wanted to interpret as I did w/ flashing light.
But being a kid I was able to overcome it and move forward. (Ha, kids
don't know otherwise. :-) )
Cheers,
Peter
