I use an EF Johnson 500pf cap with no stops. It goes round and round... I
have a 1 RPM motor running it.

Hey Bill. Noticed those two motors in the Jameco cat. Wondering how you
will couple them to the vc, using Jay's method or other? The key here it
to handle the limits of travel safely. With a slip clutch, possibly even
a tight fitting rubber type tube connection, one could estimate a time
of travel and safely over run the limits briefly, but that's chancy. How
does a Looper see his way to nirvana on this bearing?
