[Lowfer] UWL back on the air

As of 4:20am CDT this morning, UWL is back where it was : 185.3002, 
QRSS30.

I replaced the flimsy 22 gauge solid copper conductor running up the mast 
with 12 gauge stranded.

That's just what I had on hand.

All connections on the hot side of the coil are now soldered and the 
antenna is once again tuned to resonance.

If someone wouldn't mind giving a listen I'd love to have one more capture 
before next season :)
