Just to cheer you up - I'm going to monitor 182.2 tonight - and see what I
catch.  Your point is certainly valid - as it is very apparent that everyone
is going into the building and maintenance mode about now.
Copying WA for the full 12 months was an interesting goal, and helps prove
that signals are certainly there - even through the Summer, though often
accompanied by QRN.
