[Lowfer] 185.3 Last night report

So I guess that ice did make a difference. I did go out and smacked the
lower run to flick off the ice from it. The top run wouldn't shake off
though. All ice should be gone tonight.

Conditions were bad last night, WE in for a while but not two strong.
nothing else seen.we have scattered showers in the area for the next 5 days.
