Yeah, only if I master the art of getting someone take the test for me! (Or 
making the trip to Bob's town so he can feed me what's needed in those 
missing blanks.

5wpm is really slow. You'll laugh at it later this year.

......Or cry after failing the test more times than is allowed in a single 
year - or the 'test money' runs out.
