[Lowfer] Tentative reception of FAW and BZS

Hey Doug,

You are the first station to ever give me a reception report, even
though it was minimal, it was something!  Thanks for looking and
monitoring my frequency.  :)  BZS with be on through Monday morning
(9/30).  

I reworked my antenna, ground plane, and loading coil for this season. 
My antenna current runs at 145 - 160ma depending on the time of day or
night.  Will be transmitting QRSS later in the season when I get my new
transceiver from Dave Curry.
