[Lowfer] First TH of the season

Am "listening" to TH this afternoon for the first time this season. Had him
earlier than this last year, but haven't been able to do it until today.
Frequency is 189.378 kHz at this point. Carl appears to be sending the usual
daytime CW message. I can tell by ear that he's there, but it took some
playing with Spectran to confirm it. As usual, he'd have quite a signal with
even QRSS3, though tracking TH's frequency can be a challenge.
