Well I reviewed the captures and looks like WA was pretty much gone by
10am EDT but VD was in there all afternoon. Last copy of VD was 6:41 pm.
I stopped the captures at 8pm EDT.
I had copied VD on the 24th up till about noon
and told Jay of the copy and he replied that around noon he had shutdown
for that time for some test.
I will keep capturing Jay if your going to have VD on all day?
