What good would it be without that? :)  Yes, it does, but
the VP family are the ones designed for the heavy timing
use apps.  They have 100PPS and much tighter timing on the
pulses, algs in their software to pick satalites for good
timing signals, ways to survey a site and then ignore
position calculation, but focus on timing, etc.  But, yeah,
the GT+ has 1PPS. :)
