Maybe... but even us LF guys have to know where the errors are in our
setups, and either correct or compensate for them. And after all that, you
have to outguess the Doppler shifts that come from propagation. Greater than
1 Hz accuracy in over the air HF measurements is pretty tough. We ALL used
to whine when the umpire didn't agree with us!
