I'm game for the Experimental license. We just have to list all interested
Amateur Radio license holders as "Mobile Units" so we can talk to each
other. We would get the 1w ERP then and could ask for a maximum power output
to be a kilowatt plus. That would let the guys with less than optimum
antennas to just drive the heck out of them to get a decent ERP. Let's go
for it!!! The license would be for 5 years, which by then the FCC should
have their Amateur allocation proceedings, figured out.

I'd bet that they won't unbundle the proposals. Too bad to lose the upcoming
winter, though. I wonder how they'd react to to a hundred applications for
experimental licenses, though?
