[Lowfer] Noise floor between 166.5kc and 185.3kc...

I measured the difference in noise floor level between 166.5kc (112dbm) and
185.3kc (100dbm) on my loop a minute ago. LEK is 10dbm over the noise floor
as I hear him blasting in here now. So there is a huge difference in my
loops sensitivity from resonance to being off at 166.5kc. XSR is still
coming in very weak now, but I stopped the captures a few minutes ago. I'll
post a few captures on my site.
