[Lowfer] WA Loop failure report

Tonight the current was down to about -6db from normal. I substituted the 
test loop and the current returned to normal, so this says the AC resistance 
in the loop has doubled. Will put up the RG-8 loop tomorrow (Sat) and do an 
autopsey on the Litz loop.

Mitch: I am continuing to send at .25W tonight.
