[Lowfer] IP and WA on 185.3

Hi Bill and Lewis:
Looks like some interesting captures this morning ( Thursday ).
I rotated loop towards WA for a change, and darned if there wasn't
terrific propagation to IP - enough that he was stronger than WA
during the time period. - Either that, or I am getting Lewis reflecting
off of Bill's HUGE LOOP ! (ha ! ).
So tonight I have spun the loop back towards IP, (will probably copy WA !)
These must get boring after awhile - but will show a few each time
that something unexpected happens - like this.
