Don't forget that radiated power goes to the square of the loop current if 
the Rac is fixed. I think you said you are running .51A .... so if the 
current should be .91A for a 1w output, based on an Rac of 1.2 ohms, for a 
200ft #12 loop, you are down to (.51/.91)^2 x100% = 31%. So get with the 
program!
