[Lowfer] Beacon Updates Continue

Just to let everyone know that updates to the LowFER/MedFER/HiFER lists
continue as usual, both on the LWCA and Noise Floor sites.  We've completed
the necessary arrangements to ensure smooth updates on both sites through
the regular methods, without interruption.  Continue to use the easy beacon
updater form on the Noise Floor (or its forthcoming counterpart on the LWCA
site),  or the convenient part15@lwca.org e-mail address, to keep everyone
posted (both online and in print) about your activities.

The best way the lists can stay current is for you to use one of these easy
methods to communicate with the entire Part 15 community.  And remember,
we're looking to confirm ALL operational beacons this month, so we can purge
the outdated listings before the coming season gets well underway.
