[Lowfer] TX loop makes for killer 75-meter signal...

I'm going to build up a relay switch circuit so I can switch out the caps
and just feed the loop with the transformer, which has 10 taps on it as
well. I guess I got the multi band loop in my backyard. I knew that Ashlock
design was good, now it is even better.
