[Lowfer] Re IP down south

I am north of Minneapolis by about 35 miles. I gave up last night, as the
static crashes were so bad that I couldn't hear LEK worth a darn and he is
normally 20db over 9 on the TX loop. I'll wait for a quiet night and give it
a shot. Maybe tonight will be better.
