Just scrap that LW-MAX and build a LEK simple LF transmitter exciter and run
one of Bill's finals at the loop feedpoint. That will definitely work very
well. Do make sure that your loop is on the resonant peak. That makes a big
difference in loop current. Don't get discouraged though, you will get it
running smooth in a few trips outside. If you follow Bill's advise to the
letter on building and the important setting up of the Ashlock final amp, it
will work without the bottle of ibuprofen or the bottle of Jack!!! Hi Hi...
