[Lowfer] PI now E-W

PI's Ashlock loop is now generally orientated E-W. Exact bearing will be
determined tomorrow when I get back from an overnight trip.

The current antenna current (?) is .745A
The tuning capacitance is 6410 pf

The loop measures .165 mH

I am sending PI at one word per minute. When I figure out how to get this
@#$%^& LW-MAX to do real QRSSx I will switch to that.

I measure the frequency as 185.3005 but I could be WAY off. If anyone finds
the signal I would appreciate a report.

The test coil required 7720 pf to max out at .724A.

Leaving now for a trip, back tomorrow evening.
