This is a good point, Don, and it illustrates why we need to expose
newcomers to the tools that are available to help clarify what's going on.
At the lwca.org site, our LowFER/MedFER and LF Ham pages give a big-picture
overview, and sites Les' Noise Floor (www.highnoonfilm.com/xmgr/) fills in a
lot of details about beacon activity; and we both feature links to lots of
additional resources, including the relevant software itself.
It's good to be familiar with what's at these sites, to be able to help
interested parties find what they need to become involved.
