Contrary to other opinions, this does not look like a keyed signal, but just
a fading carrier -- possibly a Loran line coming in by skywave. If it were
being keyed with regular CW, it would be fuzzy.

Another possibilty is that some guy in North Carolina fell asleep with his
forehead on the key...
