[Lowfer] Do I see something + RM report

I also saw that signal late last night and early this morning - could
not identify the signal. It also faded out at sunrise at my location.

Overnight I was camped out on RM's frequency. Conditions were noisy
again and there was signal there throughout the night just not enough
for a clean ID.

Sure could use a "military grade" PCP program!
