That works for me. Most mail programs allow you to apply rules to messages.
A rule can be made to delete the message outright or move the message to a
"Humor" folder.

At least you don't have to get up at 4am like in the good old days to make a
Lowfer CW catch! And as far as "resetting the exciter" before going to bed
is concerned: I just won't touch that one with a 10ft pole!

Here's a serious thought on the humor aspect: How about coding the SUBJECT
with something like a ## (see above) if there is nothing of technical value
in the posting? That way a quick scan of the header will allow the reader
that is not interested in this stuff to delete the posting in a couple of
seconds.
