I am also measuring that carrier at 133.184 kHz here in Rockville MD

I have a very loud steady carrier at 133.184 kHz. No sign of any
modulation.
It's about the signal strength I would expect from CFH in Halifax.

Hearing it here in London at 11:00 pm this Thursday evening. S9 on the
E-W
loop.

still in here at noon local. Much weaker . Last night I threw ARGO up
with out
proper calibration and thus the 133.171 report. I ran ARGO at 10 Sec dots
and
saw some really odd shifting of a few hertz . While in the CW mode I
kinda heard
what I would describe as vibration on the carrier, uhhh banging around
the Osc. That could
be what I was seeing     But   ?? 

switching to AM I heard nothing

If anyone wants I have a JPG of the capture last night
Could be October 31 coming up  ??
